Responsibilities:
Facilitating the conflicts resolutionprocess for new business
Conducting in-depthlegal research of conflict entities to identify potential conflictsand providing comprehensive analyses on conflictwaivers
Serving as escalation point for Conflicts Analysts and troubleshooting conflicts issues through toresolution
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree and active barstatus in the State of California
A minimum ofthree years of legal practiceexperience
Understanding of conflicts ofinterest
Strong
communication
