Proposes objectives, strategies, policies, programs, projects, and plans necessary for the administration’s work, and participates in preparing the administration’s budget in coordination with the administration manager. He drafts contracts with the relevant parties using correct technical terms and ensures that the contract aligns with the professional requirements of the administration, taking into account the company’s policies related to contracts
• Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in accordance with the requirements of the concerned department, drafts and prepares tender documents, and is responsible for announcing tenders via the “ForSA” platform, following up on all stages of the process.
• Prepares various types of contracts, including insurance, leasing, services, consulting, assignment, and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contracts, and negotiates with contract holders to ensure their compliance with the policies
• Communicates with the legal department to follow up on the contract signing process and ensure that procedures are being followed correctly.
• Monitors the performance of contractors and suppliers in relation to signed contracts, ensuring their adherence to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract through continuous communication with the relevant department to verify proper implementation.
• Oversees the process of attaching the necessary documents for each contract to ensure all requirements are completed according to company policies.
• Reviews direct purchase requests and limited competitions submitted, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
• Studies purchase requests from all departments and ensures they align with actual needs.
• Discusses purchase requests and limited competition orders with the concerned departments based on the needs of, the budget allocated for each sector, and within the company’s policies.
• Contributes to obtaining the best price offers by continuously monitoring material prices.
• Prepares contracts and official orders according to regulations and instructions, including any relevant circulars and directives.
• Ensures that change orders are prepared before submitting them for approval by the authorized person.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management and procurement is required
