NY Lagone is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst with legal experience to support our growing business. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and interpret contracts.
Draft and negotiate basic contract terms.
Maintain contract databases and tracking systems.
Ensure contract compliance with legal and company policies.
Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in contract review and analysis, preferably with legal experience/background.
Strong understanding of contract law principles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
