We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support legal asset management, contract analysis, and compliance for solar projects.
While a law degree isn’t required, it’s ideal for those pursuing a career in contract management or legal compliance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of renewable energy and contract law.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Compliance
Ensure adherence to energy offtake, tax equity, O&M, and EPC agreements.
Monitor and enforce contract terms, including NDAs and legal obligations.
Identify and address potential disputes, guiding next steps.
Contract Management
Extract and analyze key contract provisions to ensure compliance.
Support contract negotiations and track agreed terms.
Act as a bridge between legal and asset management teams.
Ideal Candidate
✔ Experience: 2-3 years in the energy industry with contract exposure.
✔ Background: Interest in contract law; utility-scale or DG energy experience is a plus, but solar-specific experience is not required.
✔ Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts.
