Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our Salt Lake City office. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or a licensed attorney with 0–3 years of experience. Prior experience in personal injury litigation is a strong plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision and is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution (pre-suit and litigation)
Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluations
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Manage deadlines and case dockets efficiently and proactively
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Utah (or awaiting bar results with intent to become licensed)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
Spanish language skills are a plus
Passion for helping injured individuals and a commitment to client service
