Position Overview:
We’re looking for a bilingual immigration attorney with at least 1 year of immigration court experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a newer attorney looking to grow, learn, and work in a supportive, professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in immigration court and USCIS interviews
Draft motions, briefs, and supporting documents
Communicate effectively with clients and manage case files
Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys and legal staff
Who You Are:
Licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction
At least 1 year of immigration court experience
Fluent in another language (Spanish preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
LGBTQ & Vets encouraged to apply
What We Offer:
$70K/Year plus a generous quarterly bonus potential
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
