Brief Description
Position Purpose: The Contract Administrator functions both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work product in a timely fashion while maintaining the confidentiality of Legal Department communications and documentation, in a manner that supports the goal to make Zywave the best in our business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and administration of contracts that support the sale of our products, by use of approved standard modifications.
- Contribute to the review and administration of confidentiality agreements.
- Draft communications and assist with documentation for various commercial and corporate matters.
- Analyze and communicate contract-related information to internal stakeholders.
- Manage executed contracts and documents database, ensuring data accuracy.
- Triage and respond to inquiries from internal customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide administrative assistance to Legal Department as needed.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms.
- Assist in administrative matters required for international compliance.
- Support Legal Department with other internal initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years progressive experience, with corporate law department experience desired.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Solid, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent team, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
- A confident, but flexible and adaptable personality
- Capacity to work well with employees across all departments
- Detail oriented in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation and manage impromptu tasks
- Strong general computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office business software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Internet usage.

- Ability to uncover necessary facts and information when completing tasks
