Due to a new phase of work commencing on a large scale renewable energy programme, we are seeking experienced Contracts Administrators to join our Sydney team. This role will focus on all aspects on contact administration, with a particular focus on procurement strategies. whether you are in country or looking to emigrate to Australia, please do reach out to our team for further discussion. About the Roles
Supporting the Project teams to achieve contractual obligations and desired project objectives;
Reviewing, negotiation and administration of contracts;
Manage the implementation of new contracts processes and system upgrades through effective communication and training programs across all project structures;
Administration of contracts in a timely manner;
General administration of subcontract packages including review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts;
Management and tracking of project expenditure.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project/Construction Management or Quantity Surveying;
Post graduate qualifications in Construction Law or Contracts Management are desirable;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contract and Commercial roles, previous experience working in the infrastructure/resources industries will be highly regarded;
Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities supported by high level verbal and written communication skills;
The ability to meet the challenge of tight deadlines;
Strong attention to detail
Valid working rights in Australia.
