Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to real estate development projects. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting project teams in contract execution and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract & SPA Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and amendments with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure all contracts comply with UAE laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Maintain and update contract records, tracking key milestones, obligations, and renewals.
Support vendor and supplier negotiations to achieve favorable contract terms.
Ensure adherence to contract terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and contract-related issues.
Prepare, review, and manage Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for real estate transactions.
Ensure SPAs comply with UAE real estate laws and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
Coordinate with legal teams to resolve any contractual disputes related to SPA.
Track SPA execution, payments, and title deed transfers.
Liaise with buyers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Project Management to ensure contract compliance and smooth execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
Prepare reports on contract status, progress, and risk assessments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in real estate or construction.
Strong knowledge of UAE contract laws and FIDIC contract principles.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
