Law Offices of Bryan Musgrave, P.C. is growing and seeking an additional legal support team member and receptionist to help us complete our objectives in serving our clients, and to continue winning for our clients. If working in a law office and helping others interests you and fits in your career path, and you are intrigued about becoming a part of our legal team dedicated to our core values, please review the responsibilities and required qualifications below to see if they are consistent with your experience and your career goals. If so, we look forward to hearing from you!

Our Core Values

1. Client-Centered Success – We focus our energy and expertise on finding a fair and reasonable resolution to our client’s specific case. Our clients give us the opportunity to do the things we love daily. Their success feeds our success. So, there is no greater reward than seeing their reactions when our work not only fulfills their vision, but also surpasses their expectations.

2. To Educate – If you can’t commit to being better today than yesterday, you’re okay with being average. After all, the same actions day in and day out don’t deliver improved results. True growth requires always responsibly pushing past new levels of discomfort.

3. To Listen – We listen to our clients’ stories and then we listen more. We hear not only their expressed needs but what is unexpressed and then respond to fully meet their expectations.

4. To Be Accessible – We build personal relationships with our clients based on honest, professional, understandable communication.

5. To Be Caring – We genuinely care about our clients, their families, our community, and our profession. Our day-to-day work and decisions reflect our commitment to the best interests of all those we represent.

6. Solution Focused – When adversity appears, it’s easy to focus on the negatives. Yet when you have a solutions mindset, you see solutions where others see problems and roadblocks. As advocates, we move beyond dwelling on the past to get the proper attention and focus on what’s needed for client success.

7. Team First – No one succeeds alone. The LOBM team is what supports you as well as the Firm, and the combined skills and efforts of each team member are what makes greatness possible. Put yourself first and you’re not only limiting your potential, but likely putting yourself on a path to failure. Put the team first and watch a unified group of people help each other to achieve their common goals.
