Reputable, boutique Plaintiff’s First Party Property Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Civil Litigation Paralegal with FL Civil Litigation Paralegal experience to join its DOWNTOWN TAMPA office located near Hyde Park. (This is a 100% “IN OFFICE” position – if you’re looking for remote, please do not apply).
We represent homeowners all over the State of FL who have sustained damage to their homes as a result of storms, hurricanes, wind, water, fire and other property damage.
IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 4+ years experience with FIRST PARTY PROPERTY LITIGATION in Florida. We will consider experienced Litigation Paralegals who only have experience with Personal Injury or Insurance Defense or other Civil Litigation as well.
SALARY: $65,000 to $80,000 (DOE)
DUTIES: issuing subpoenas for records, helping prepare demand letters, reviewing and summarizing property damage / claims records to prepare summaries for attorneys, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to preparing for depos, mediations and trials. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
