The Role Manage a varied caseload of high-quality contentious probate matters, including disputes between beneficiaries, executors and trustees Advise on the administration of estates and trusts Work closely with leading solicitors in a collaborative and supportive team environment Supervise and mentor junior members of the team Contribute to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department About You Qualified solicitor with 10 years’ PQE in contentious probate Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and developing new business ACTAPS qualification desirable but not essential Local market knowledge and an existing following would be advantageous
