Job description:
Dressler Peters, LLC., business law firm with a national Business Law practice and offices in Chicago, Missouri and Indiana seeks to add a dependable and proactive Paralegal to our Springfield, Missouri office. This can be either an in-office or remote position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of paralegal experience in a law office drafting pleadings and doing trial preparation, including calendaring, time keeping, working with Microsoft Word, Adobe and Outlook, and have strong written and inter-personal communication skills who is willing to work independently and as a team. Most importantly, we are seeking a Paralegal with a commitment to excellence and a continuing desire to learn and grow.
You will work directly with the managing partners, attorneys and business professionals on business litigation, transactions, and bankruptcy cases. We are a business law firm doing corporate transactions and commercial litigation. You will be doing substantive work, independently and in collaboration with the attorneys and other paralegals.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of two years of experience as a Paralegal in Litigation.
-Knowledgeable in civil procedure with experience in drafting court pleadings.
-Pay commiserate with experience.
