Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Consumer Finance Regulatory/Compliance Senior Counsel.
Schedule: 100% remote or any US office

Responsibilities
- Working with financial institutions and consumer lenders
- Navigating and developing compliance policies, procedures, and disclosures
- Advising clients on the various applicable statutes and regulations as they apply to their business
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- 10+ years of consumer litigation experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm
- Familiarity with the Truth-in‑Lending Act (TILA), TILA-RESPA Disclosures Rule (TRID), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and state consumer protection laws
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
