Job description:
35 Hours per week – Full-Time Process Server needed to deliver & serve legal papers in Northern Colorado areas.
MUST HAVE THESE 4 THINGS:
1.) Small, newer car that gets good gas mileage – We will pay you a gas allowance each day.
2.) Can you & your vehicle handle 75-100 miles per day? Some days will be less, but average is 50-80 miles per day.
3.) Smart phone with good knowledge of using Google Maps and other similar type apps.
4.) No criminal record of Felonies. Your background will be checked during the interview process

The guidelines for serving legal documents are governed by law, therefore integrity, attention to detail, and communication are a must!
Primary duties:
After a 1 week training is complete, Your day will start and end at our Johnstown office. You will pick up your route/documents, discuss the specifics regarding the route, drive the route while interacting with a person at each stop, and then drop off the route/documents at the end of your shift.
We are hiring for 1 server position to start June 2025.
This position will be night shifts and every Saturday 9-4pm is REQUIRED with the following weekly shifts/hours:
Monday – OFF
Tuesday – 12:00 – 8:00pm (8 hours)
Wednesday – 12:00- 8:00pm (8 hours)
Thursday – 12:00 – 8:00pm (8 hours)
Friday – 9am-1pm (4 hours)
Saturday – 9:00am – 4:00pm (7 hours)
Sunday – OFF
Total of 35 hours
Must have:
A clean background check is required
A valid driver’s license
A gas efficient/reliable vehicle to drive with current proof of car insurance
The ability to find addresses easily using your smart phone Maps app
A smart phone to be able to access required work apps & input data along the route
A professional appearance with an outgoing and assertive personality to knock on houses and walk into businesses to deliver legal papers
Ability to self-direct efficiently during route with complete honesty & integrity
Covid Vaccination is not required
We offer:
$18/per hour for the 1st week while Training.
$21/per hour to start – This is a guaranteed pay rate for every hour you work.
$22/per hour after 90 days
$23/per hour after 1 year
$15/per day gasoline reimbursement
Paycheck is paid via Zelle or Venmo at the end of your Saturday shift
Environment of working independently while driving an outdoors route type of job (instead of being stuck indoors all day)
