This role will offer you as a junior qualified solicitor exposure to complex, high-profile matters, including multi-million-pound adjudications, cladding disputes and major infrastructure and healthcare projects. What does the department do:
Advise on a broad range of contentious construction matters:
Adjudications Defects claims PFI/PPP disputes Final account claims High-value infrastructure disputes Across public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers. What experience is needed:
Qualified Solicitor circa 1 years’ PQE upwards
Experience of construction disputes and advisory matters Strong drafting and analytical skills Excellent organisation and client communication abilities Ambitious Flexible and part-time working arrangements and this firm have an adaptable approach to hybrid working.
