Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor | Circa 2 Years PQE Glasgow | Hybrid Working Join a diverse and highly regarded construction practice acting as trusted adviser to the public sector, developers, contractors, consultants, funders and end users across a broad range of projects, from renewable energy and infrastructure to commercial real estate and residential developments. This is a chance for a non-contentious Construction Solicitor with 2 years’ PQE to build real breadth across sectors within a firm that’s genuinely going places.

Day to day, this includes:
Advising on procurement processes for construction projects Preparing contract packages for employer and developer clients Negotiating terms of contracts and appointments for contractors and consultants Reviewing and negotiating warranty packages for end users and funders Providing strategic guidance throughout project delivery Liaising directly with a wide variety of clients across sectors About you This role would suit a Construction Solicitor who:
Has circa 2 years’ PQE with technical drafting capability across construction contracts and appointments Communicates confidently and clearly with a range of client types Can manage a varied workload while meeting client expectations Has an interest in sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate The environment This is a firm built on curiosity, collaboration and ambition, offering the chance to shape the future of the practice while building your own career.
