Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of litigation experience, including extensive work in construction law
JD required with admission to the state bar and in good standing.
A strong track record handling matters ranging from contract administration to alternative dispute resolution and litigation
Experience advising clients across the construction spectrum
Florida Bar admission in good standing
Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
