Description
The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired.
Your Day-to-Day:
Must be proficient in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
Analyze complex legal issues and provide targeted counsel to clients
Draft and review pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions
Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
Strong academic credentials
Legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills
Client-centric approach with a commitment to exceptional service
Highly organized with clear communication
Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing (required)
