Job Title: Attorney Positions (Senior & Junior Associates) – NJ & NY Offices

A well-established law firm with offices in New Jersey and New York, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment. We are seeking multiple attorneys—both senior-level and junior associates—to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise and represent clients within your practice area(s) of expertise.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex cases and transactions.
Conduct legal research, draft documents, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal counsel.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (New York is a plus, though not required).
Strong academic background and proven expertise in at least one of the listed practice areas.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
For senior roles: significant experience leading cases, managing junior associates, and supervising client matters.
For junior associates: some relevant experience (including internships or clerkships), a strong desire to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly.
