Kelly Santini LLP is seeking an experienced associate to join our growing construction litigation group. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in litigation, and a solid background in construction and/or commercial law, including lien claims, breach of contract, negligence, and other construction-related disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your practice with the full support of an established firm by confidently managing a file load independently and assisting on larger more complex matters.

Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years post call experience with a strong focus on construction and/or commercial disputes Law degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario Proven ability to handle contract disputes, negligence claims, and other construction-related legal issues, with knowledge of construction lien matters an asset Effective client and practice management skills Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Solid analytical, legal research and drafting skills with strong
attention to detail
Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to networking and client acquisition Contributes positively to workplace culture, building
positive working
