Opportunity A leading international law firm is looking to hire a talented Non-Contentious Construction Associate (4–8 PQE) to join its highly regarded construction and projects team, advising on top-tier development work across sectors including commercial real estate, infrastructure, energy, and life sciences.
The Role:
You’ll work on major UK and cross-border development projects, acting for developers, funders, contractors, and public bodies. Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC, etc.). Advising on procurement strategies, project structuring, and construction risk.
