I’m working with a large national litigation firm looking to add a Construction Defect Attorney to its California team.
Salary: $120,000 to $165,000, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Handle construction defect matters from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions and work closely with experts
- Draft and argue motions and attend mediations and court hearings
- Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial
What you’ll have:
- 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including construction defect
- Experience taking depositions and handling discovery
- Strong writing skills and the confidence to take ownership of matters
- Admitted to The California Bar
