Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Contracts Specialist at Joesta Construction located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The role involves daily tasks related to analyzing subcontracts, communicating with stakeholders, and overseeing the contract management process. You will be responsible for reviewing and preparing various construction-related contracts to subcontractors. Part of your responsibility will also include to collaborate with job teams in negotiating requested modifications with subcontractors and vendors. In addition tis position also includes tasks related to proposal writing and preparation. Some social media management & Minor marketing duties
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Contract Negotiation
Communication and Contract Management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in construction contracts or related field
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and laws
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
At least 3-years of similar job experience required
Position requires a strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, contract law, insurance, and industry practices
