Storzer & Associates, P.C. seeks to hire a full-time litigation attorney. The firm focuses exclusively on religious discrimination and religious liberty cases, including representation in cases under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) and the Fair Housing Act. The firm also litigates a range of constitutional religious liberty issues in trial courts and courts of appeals. Within the firm, attorneys are expected to engage at all levels of case development and self-regulate internal deadlines. Applicants should possess excellent oral and written advocacy skills as well as having energy and aptitude for depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Three to five years experience preferred, but will consider recent graduates as well.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Researching complicated legal issues and precedents.
Handling all aspects of discovery, including conducting and defending depositions
Participating in court hearings and trials.
Supporting clients directly.
