High profile Family Law firm with multiple attorneys located in the South Bay of Los Angeles, seeking a full-time senior associate/partner attorney with at least 5 years of Family Law experience. The candidate should be prepared to handle assignments such as the preparation of routine and unique Requests for Order, drafting Preliminary Declarations of Disclosure, issuing and responding to discovery and making Court appearances. The candidate attorney will be expected to prepare for and conduct basic trials and RFO hearings. We require a senior attorney who is seeking a long term career in Family Law and seeking partnership status in our long established firm.

About Our Firm:
We are an established Family Law firm representing high net worth and prominent clients. We are seeking an associate to work directly with the firm’s senior attorney and other associates in the firm. We are a close group, which takes our work very seriously, but we also enjoy working with each other. Consistent with your skill level, you will deal with clients directly, make court appearances, initially handle basic trials, and be expected to prepare pleadings and discovery. You will be given instruction and supervision, but we are looking for an attorney who is self-motivated, capable of completing assignments without significant assistance, and is dedicated to establishing a long-term career in Family Law with our firm.
Salary
The salary will be commensurate with experience. We also offer health and dental insurance after a qualifying period. We provide payment of bar dues, continuing education, vacation days and other perquisites, which will be discussed in interviews.
Hiring Terms:
We will be conducting interviews, which will consist of a preliminary phone interview and then an in person interview with the managing partner. We may conduct a final interview with all partners and associate attorneys. It is critical to our firm to find the right person to fill this position as it has growth opportunities and the attorney will be responsible for their own case load.
