Job Description
One of Michigan’s fastest growing and most respected law firms has an immediate opening for a Construction Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity that offers a remote hybrid where you are only required to work in-office 3 days a week!
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 3-10 years of experience with a background in Commercial and Construction related Litigation. This experience can also include litigation involving real estate, contracts or commercial transactions. Any experience with vendor/supplier agreements and construction disputes will be helpful for this role but that is not required.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials with a JD from a top tier law school and be admitted to practice in Michigan. In addition, candidates should possess a strong business sense, which may be reflected in an undergraduate business degree, previous work experience, and/or entrepreneurial background.
A book of business is not required for this position!
