Position: Contract Conformance Specialist
Elevate your career as a Contract Conformance Specialist in Calgary or Edmonton with Enbridge. This role focuses on negotiating and drafting complex agreements while supporting supplier negotiations.
This 12-month contract role requires a detail-oriented individual with at least six years of experience in supply chain or the Oil and Gas industry. You will work independently on complex agreements, collaborating with SCM personnel and Legal teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance. Your expertise in contract law and negotiation will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate Service and Consulting Agreements
• Facilitate supplier negotiations on terms and conditions
• Coordinate input from SCM and Legal stakeholders
• Review and respond to supplier redlines
• Maintain contract records for compliance
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum six years of experience in supply chain or Oil and Gas
• Proven experience in drafting complex agreements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Office
