Our client is a law firm seeking a Conflicts Specialist to join their team. This can be remote!
Responsibilities
Perform research in public databases and within the Firm’s conflict management systems
Assist in obtaining information necessary for the Firm to determine whether or not it may accept new clients and matters under prevailing ethical rules, applicable law, and internal policies
Input and maintain data in the conflicts review database
Assist in conflicts checks related to the hiring of attorney and non-attorney staff, as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of Conflicts experience.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Excellent communication skills
Based on experience the compensation range is $75-95k
