Liberty Personnel is working with a Top AM Law Firm seeking a Conflicts Director to add to their team.

The Legal Conflicts Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal conflicts within the law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and analysis, with experience in conflict identification and resolution.
Responsibilities *
Develop and implement policies and procedures for identifying and managing legal conflicts within the company.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential conflicts of interest.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel and senior management, to assess and address potential conflicts.
Provide guidance and support to the legal team on conflict resolution strategies.

Bachelors Degree is required.
14+ years of Conflicts experience in a Law Firm is required.
6 Years of Management experience within a Law Firm is strongly preferred.
