NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $75-$85K (depending on experience)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required. JD or Paralegal certificate a plus.
Three years of law firm experience. Previous experience in conflicts and intake advantageous.
Knowledge of ethical rules and risk management requirements governing conflicts of interest and conflicts resolution processes.
Understanding of the type of work undertaken by a law firm along with an appreciation of commercial and legal terms.
Experience with conflicts and new business intake applications a plus.
Proficiency in technical applications. Knowledge of Excel a must and Aderant a plus.
Utilize research applications such as Dun & Bradstreet, Westlaw, OFAC, and Bloomberg.
Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage complex projects and assignments while maintaining tight deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as needed.
