Location: Palo Alto, CA (Remote)
Pay: $33.00–$50.00/hr DOE
Shifts Available: Standard Business Hours – Full-Time, Hybrid Eligible

What You’ll Do:
Analyze conflict requests and ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards
Conduct corporate research and generate detailed conflict reports
Summarize potential conflict landscapes and propose practical resolutions
Communicate with attorneys and stakeholders to clear engagements and hires
Draft waivers, engagement letters, and ethical screens as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in conflicts analysis or legal research in a law firm setting
Strong judgment and attention to detail in high-volume environments
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with legal ethics, conflicts case law, and related research tools
Ability to collaborate with attorneys, partners, and business professionals
