Location: Southwest Houston – Bellaire & Hillcroft Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 40 Hours/Week

Are you a highly responsible and detail-oriented professional with experience in immigration law? We are currently looking for a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our legal team and support our work with USCIS and court-related filings.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with USCIS forms and legal documents
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills
Experience working with court motions and legal filings is a plus
Professional appearance and strong public-facing skills
Responsible, punctual, organized, and able to work independently
Committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review immigration forms and legal documents
File motions and assist with case preparation for court
Manage client communications in both English and Spanish
Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Assist attorneys with administrative and legal tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
