* – Monitor developments in trade compliance, including laws and regulations, sanctions, policies, and industry best practices
– Provide support to the legal team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating areas of trade compliance risks
– Update and maintain database of trade compliance materials and resources
– Provide assistance and training to users on trade compliance procedures
– Conduct trade compliance audits annually and monitor implementation of remediation measures
– Maintain proper documentation of trade compliance activities, policies, and procedures
– Participate in trade compliance-related projects and activities, as needed
** Third-party due diligence*
* – Conduct independent research to verify the information provided for screening
– Liaise with users to provide additional information where required
– Flag risk areas identified during screening
– Ensure that periodic compliance checks are carried out on business partners
** Training*
* Provide training on trade compliance and third party due diligence.
