Job Details
Entity Management Experience maintaining corporate records for multiple global entities (e.g., certificates of good standing, PoAs, incorporation docs, amendments).
Legal Operations / Paralegal Experience Ability to coordinate with global legal and tax counsel, manage compliance timelines, and understand legal documentation requirements.
Project Management Skilled in organizing workflows, tracking deadlines, and setting up calendaring systems (e.g., for annual reports, local filings).
Document Management Systems (DMS) Proficiency in setting up and maintaining secure and accessible digital file systems (e.g., SharePoint, iManage, or Diligent Entities).
Communication & Coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively across different countries and law firms.
Detail-Oriented & Discrete Ability to manage sensitive corporate documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Ideal Background
5+ years in corporate paralegal, legal entity management, or legal operations roles
Experience working in or with multinational corporations
Familiarity with global compliance and corporate filing requirements
Possibly a certification such as ICSA, Corporate Governance Professional, or Notary Public (depending on jurisdiction)
