In behalf of our client in Dublin, we are hiring a Compliance Specialist on an 11 month contract. This role will be fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document, review, and process incoming data privacy requests
- Investigate complex issues independently and extract actionable insights
- Translate findings into clear, impactful presentations
- Collaborate with client teams to meet operational project requirements
- Support initiatives to improve community interaction with the company
- Maintain and update process documentation
- Participate in cross-functional calls to ensure compliance
- Verify consistency and accuracy across workflows
- Stay up to date with evolving privacy regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Experience in data privacy, legal operations, tech support, or paralegal roles
- Proven ability to solve privacy-related issues in an operational setting
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound recommendations
- Comfortable taking direction and working in a client-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Arts & Humanities, Data Protection, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPT, CIPM, or equivalent are highly desirable
