On behalf on Huawei Technologies Cambodia, we are currently Looking for Compliance Specialist Positions.

Work Responsibility:

Compliance Risk Management

  1. Monitor and analyze local regulatory requirements, legal developments, and external compliance environments; proactively identify and mitigate major compliance risks.
  2. Identify and assess compliance risks within the Representative Office, develop risk control strategies, objectives, and key initiatives, and drive their implementation.
  3. Conduct compliance oversight within business operations and processes in accordance with company compliance requirements and Global Process Owner (GPO) guidelines.
  4. Review contracts, agreements, business proposals, and internal/external documents from a compliance perspective; identify potential risks and provide clear compliance recommendations.
  5. Support the establishment and continuous improvement of the local compliance management framework, policies, and procedures.

Compliance Culture & Awareness

  1. Organize and manage compliance training, examinations, compliance commitment activities, and related record keeping.
  2. Promote compliance awareness and foster a strong compliance culture across the Representative Office.
  3. Collaborate with business managers and relevant stakeholders in communications with regulatory authorities and external organizations to maintain the company's compliant corporate image.
  4. Communicate Huawei’s compliance principles and requirements to partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

Compliance Incident Management

  1. Develop, maintain, and organize compliance emergency response plans and drills.
  2. Under the guidance of the Chief Compliance Officer, participate in the handling of compliance incidents in accordance with company processes and authorization requirements.
  3. Manage the end-to-end process of compliance incident intake, classification, assignment, tracking, escalation, and closure.
  4. Organize post-incident reviews, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions to strengthen compliance management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor of law (LL.B),Risk Management or other relevance Major.
  • Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English (knowledgeable in Chinese Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of local laws, regulations, and corporate compliance practices.

3-5 years of experience in related field; has at least 2 years of professional work experiences in law.
