Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our latest mandate, we are seeking an experienced Legal Review Manager (eDiscovery) for a 3-6 month assignment based onsite in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on large-scale document reviews in Relativity, including first- and second-level review of complex datasets, ensuring consistent, high-quality review decisions in line with client protocols and project requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day document review process and manage review workflows in Relativity to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, external law firms, and internal project stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Monitor review progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure project milestones, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
- Provide procedural guidance to the review team and coordinate closely with technical project leads to ensure seamless execution and continuous process improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer (admitted in any jurisdiction)
- Several years of experience leading complex document review projects and managing review teams
- Strong expertise in Relativity and document review workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
