We are a VA Disability Benefits firm based in San Francisco, CA. We are seeking an experienced legal intake specialist. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will use your strong social skills to connect with potential clients, gather important information, and support potential clients through the intake process. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people will be critical skills for this role.
· Quickly build trust and rapport with potential clients. Continue building trust and rapport with existing clients.
· Gather relevant information from potential clients to assess their legals needs.
· Document, organize, and communicate client information quickly and accurately.
· Experience: At least 2 years of legal intake, call center, or hospitality experience.
· Confidence on the Phone: Convey confidence and professionalism on all calls with potential clients.
· Social Skills: The ability to connect and put potential clients at ease.
· Enthusiasm: Genuine passions for making a difference in people’s lives.
