Law Firm seeking EXPERIENCED IMMIGRATION paralegal in Orlando (Dr. Phillips/Universal Studios area) who enjoys working in transactional-based immigration practice including a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visas, family and employment-based petitions, labor certifications, consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization among others.
ABSOLUTELY must have 2 years experience in Business Immigration (again, the experience must be specific to business cases including H-1B, L-1, E-2, PERM, NIW, etc). Must have experience handling a high volume case load and possess the ability to prepare immigration petitions independently, communicate with client effectively and timely, be pro-active, self-motivated, provide excellent customer services and always ensure the most accurate document production. Should have excellent writing skills, be organized, and be able to multi-task.
