Ayvens Greece Is Looking For a Talented Compliance And Privacy Advisor To Join In Our Risk & Compliance Department (2nd Line Of Defense). This Skilled Professional Will Provide Advice On Various Compliance Issues (including AML/CTF/Sanctions And Privacy Related Matters) And Assist In All Aspects Of Ayvens’s Compliance Program Which Includes
Monitoring of business activities for compliance and privacy with applicable rules, regulations and internal policies
Assistance in the implementation of compliance programs and new policies and procedures
Execution of compliance and privacy tasks based on the Annual Compliance Plan
Facilitation of the effective and efficient operation of the company’s Compliance framework
Monitoring and reporting according to the company’s Compliance framework
Create awareness and provide training on compliance and privacy related laws, rules, policies and procedures
Qualifications And Skills
University degree (bachelor’s or higher) preferably in Law, Statistics or Business Administration
3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a compliance function in the financial services industry with a risk-oriented background
Compliance certification would be an advantage
Fluency in English – verbal and written
Highly motivated, target driven and results oriented
Initiative/Pro-Active
Ability to effectively prioritize a wide range of tasks
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
