This role involves assisting biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients with strategic licensing and transactional deals.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
Must have 3 years or more experience in corporate transactional work
AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required

Pay: $260,000.00 – $365,000.00 per year
