As a newly licensed attorney at our firm, you’ll have the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in personal injury law. Responsibilities:
– Conduct legal research and analysis
– Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
– Assist with case investigations and discovery
– Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
– Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
– Collaborate with team members to strategize and develop case strategies
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
– Admission to the California State Bar
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent research and analytical abilities
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals
