Full job description
Crosier Hudson Family Law, a small firm located in Cool Springs, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney. Interested candidates should apply by submitting a cover letter, resume, and legal writing sample. Must have valid Tennessee law license.
Responsibilities will include:
Draft pleadings, motions and correspondence
Legal research, prepare briefs
Assist partner with trial preparation
Prepare and organize discovery
Cover motion hearings
Prior courtroom experience a plus
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar association.
Knowledge of family law is preferred.
Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office, including excel a plus
