Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in tech, data, law, finance, or related field. Master’s or compliance relevant certification preferred.
Experience
7+ years’ experience managing compliance program in the United Arab Emirates financial institutions (payment services, fintech, or banking)
Familiar with the United Arab Emirates laws applicable to payment services
Proven track record in managing CBUAE compliance requirements, ideally for Category I/II payment licenses.
Skills
Arabic and English Fluency
Strong knowledge of cross-border payment products
Strong analytical skills with experience in compliance software
Self-starter with ability to flourish in high-pressure, fast-pace, and evolving environments
Arabic Fluency is a Must!!!
