Tasks – Compliance :
Ensure the company’s compliance with investor protection laws (MIFID), anti-money laundering (AML), governance, integrity, market abuse (MAR), data protection (GDPR), and more.
Plan and organize the activities of the compliance department (risk assessments, action plans, controls, reporting, recommendations, etc.).
Monitor and analyze changes in legislative and regulatory frameworks
Provide training and support to team members
Develop and implement best practices in compliance.
Contribute to the company’s growth projects .
Assist in the creation and update of internal policies, charters, and procedures.
Advise management on compliance-related matters.
Profile – Compliance :
Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in French (native level), and good knowledge of English.
