Associate attorney needed to work in the probate, guardianship and trust litigation with experience in related administration of estates, trusts and guardianships. Candidates should have 3 plus years of experience in litigation and knowledge of probate and fiduciary litigation is a plus. Candidates with a background in family law may also be a plus as we discussed.
Candidates should be able to handle hearings on their own, take and defend depositions as well as draft and respond to discovery. Having tried cases is a plus. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
