Description:
The Compliance Officer is responsible to oversee and manage all compliance activities and ensure that it is properly aligned with the country laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and updating the Compliance Policy and Procedures manual, in line with latest laws and circulars.
- Identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance and legal risks related to new products, services and marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with Internal and external auditors.
- Conducting training to the teams to raise awareness in Compliance, Money Laundering and Anti Bribery subjects.
- Reviewing of Legal documents & contracts with third parties (including KYC, account opening etc.) in line with latest laws and regulations.
- Monitoring trading activities and detecting any compliance breach and overseeing corrective actions.
- Regular reporting to Senior Management/ BOD on Legal / Compliance Matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration or any other related field.
- 3+ years of previous experience in the field is requested.
- Good knowledge in compliance best practices in the Financial Markets industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
