Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable insurance regulations.
Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and ensure timely reporting of compliance matters.
Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of regulatory adherence.
Conduct compliance regulatory assessment.
Job requirement:
Bachelors’ degree of Law.
Experienced in insurance company (preferably general insurance) for minimum 3 years.
Capable to have conversation in English.
Extensive knowledge and have a deep analysis regarding OJK Regulation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Communicative and able to work in individually or in a team.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to corporate governance.
