About the Company – Ananas Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company operates ethically and legally by developing and implementing compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, and conducting internal audits.
About the Role – Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues. Monitor employee conduct and business transactions for compliance. Conduct internal audits and investigations. Provide guidance and advice to employees and management on compliance matters. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Insurance Authority laws and regulations, data privacy laws, and anti-money laundering regulations. Conduct compliance training and promote a culture of ethical behavior. Interact with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and investigations.
