Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with OJK regulations and other applicable laws.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential non-compliance issues.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports to OJK and other relevant authorities as required.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters and regulatory changes.
Investigate and report any compliance breaches or regulatory violations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure company-wide adherence to compliance standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law
At least 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably in financial services or fintech industries.
Knowledge of OJK regulations and compliance requirements for P2P lending industry.
Experienced in using OJK reporting portals.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
